Past Experience
- To inspect and monitor all times each stages of construction works including structural works, external works and renovation work.
- To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specification.
- To ensure that all installation work based on method statement approved.
- To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
- Close coordination with architect, quantity surveyor and contractor to ensure effective teamwork.
- Provide meeting minutes for site meetings, technical meetings and other meetings.
- Attend the Site Meeting and provide feedback on the relevant scope of work.
